Services Provided

All services, mentoring, courses, programs and education provided by Liminal 9 Academy offer powerful alchemical transformation. While Liminal 9 Academy, and its teachers, mentors and professors, are in no way responsible for, nor accountable for, the way in which you receive the information and mentoring shared and apply it within your life, it is our utmost intent and desire to ensure you are perfectly equipped, supported and safe to practice the alkemy/alchemy we share at all times.

Disclosure

It is crucial that you disclose to us any medical diagnosis or condition, or any other relevant factor that could affect your practice of transformative alkemy/alchemy, prior to embarking upon any of our study programmes or services. Failure to do so is at your own risk.

Liability

In regards to education/ courses/ study programs/ mentoring: The Student/Participant/Mentee recognises that the purpose of providing education/courses/study programmes/mentoring is to help students/participants/mentees with their decision making process and not to provide advice on decisions the Student/Participant/Mentee may take. Supplying education/courses/mentoring services does not represent consultancy advice. The Teacher/Professor/Mentor/Program Consultant is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided to the Student/Participant/Mentee.

The Teacher/Professor/Mentor/Programme Consultant will not, in any circumstances, be liable to the Student/Participant/Mentee or to any third party for any loss, damage, cost or other liability which occurs as a result of, or in connection with providing education/courses/mentoring services to the Student/Participant/Mentee or application of such by the Student/Participant/Mentee. No law suit raised in any country or denomination will be entertained, permitable or valid for any claim whatsoever against Liminal 9 Academy, and its Teachers/Professors/Mentors/Programmes for any and all services, information and education provided and their application, academic or practical, and resulting effect in any or all areas of the lives of the Student/Participant/Mentee for perpetuity. All application of the studies within Liminal 9 Academy is at the students’ own risk.

Contracts

All Liminal 9 Academy study programmes and 1-2-1 mentoring programmes have a 30 day cooling off period as follows:

• Students: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Liminal 9 Academy offers a one-month cooling-off period from the date of signing the contract. This applies to all student contracts.  During this one–month cooling-off time, students may cancel their enrolment and receive a full refund of any payments made. After the expiration of this cooling-off period, Students are contractually obligated to pay the full course fees regardless of whether they choose to continue their enrolment or whether the course has commenced. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted beyond this point unless required by law.
• Mentees: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Liminal 9 Academy offers a one-month cooling-off period from the date of signing the contract. This applies to all mentoring contracts.  During this one–month cooling-off time, Mentees may cancel their enrolment to the mentoring program and receive a full refund of any payment made. After the expiration of this cooling-off period, Mentees are contractually obligated to pay the mentoring program fees in full if they they choose not to continue with the program, not withstanding any specific notice periods included in their contract. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted beyond this point unless required by law.
