Liminal 9 Academy may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms at all times. Liminal 9 Academy is not responsible for making you aware of any such changes in terms. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Liminal 9 Academy Websites. Access

Academic Programme Information
Liminal 9 Academy has tried to ensure that the information on this website for prospective students is correct at the time of publication on the site. However, Liminal 9 Academy reserves the right for any reason without notice to withdraw or change any of the programmes and/or to alter tuition fees, entry requirements and/or the facilities and/or services available from or provided by or on behalf of Liminal 9 Academy.

Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Liminal 9 Academy Websites in a manner that violates any local, county, state, national, foreign, or international statute, regulation, rule, order, treaty, or other law. Contracts
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Liminal 9 Academy offers a one-month cooling-off period from the date of signing the student contract. This applies to all student contracts. During this time, students may cancel their enrolment and receive a full refund of any payments made. After the expiration of this cooling-off period, students are contractually obligated to pay the full course fees, regardless of whether they choose to continue their enrolment or whether the course has commenced. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted beyond this point unless required by law.
